She Blogs, Draws And I’m Envious Of Her Job
One of the great things about blogging so far, for me at least, is that I have been able to get some of my friends to also start on their own blogs. It’s great because with such busy schedules, it’s seldom that we get to meet up and reading their blogs lets me keep in touch with them on some levels at least.
The first to catch the bug was Willy, who now authors .:f.ART.boystinks:., a blog that’s all about his passion in CG. Like me, he’s also a procrastinator and I have to admit I did kick his butt into it after he told me he’s always wanted to start his own blog.
And I’m, well, delighted to say that I might be soon pulling in another ‘victim’ — Peishan.
I first met her in an online game and soon discovered that my wife and her shared some things in common. Needless to say, my wife and I became fast friends with her, and soon got to know her husband Eric too.
Peishan writes really really well, even better than me. Not only that, she draws well too, and (this is the part where I say I am envious of her job) calls George Lucas boss.
Can you say blessed?
Why am I writing about her and her blog? Well, she said I was a famous blogger and wanted me to firstly help her tell the world that she was in the Comex supplement of Thursday’s Straits Times, and secondly, help introduce her blog.
I think it should be the other way round with regards to the introductions. Like I said, I always thought she has a flair for writing and writes way better than I can procrastinate. And I can procrastinate very very well.
By the way, I am no famous blogger. I am just someone who loves writing what I put up on my blog and ministering to others through it.
OK, enough of the long-winded stories. I present you with a scan of her in the Comex supplement (she’s the one on the right), and it is my honor to introduce a new friend of mine to this addiction called blogging.

She has, but I think she’s ramping up.

Heya Sicarii,
I have precious little time to blog every evening, but thanks for the mention! I’m just not the sort who plans a post, but rather write when the fancy strikes me.
As a clarification to all who are wondering, I’ve owned a blog page for awhile now. But I’ve never considered myself a blogger, or that I blog. The page is more like a repository of random thoughts, with no intention of writing for an audience. I think there is a distinct difference between the 2. With any luck, the few friends who pop by once a month find a new post, or 2. But with Sicarii’s encouragement, I’m going to *try* posting more regularly. Enough with procrastination!
